The new branch of the company specializes on clothing, jewelry as well as home decorations and shipments can be made to numerous locations worldwide such as Australia, Canada, Hong Kong and the US.
The new online site focuses on brand distinction and wants to ensure a certain “brand-flavor” to appeal to its core customer. In addition to that, the company managed to shorten delivery cycles. Personally, I find the website to be beautifully designed and what makes 9Rasa truly unique is the simple fact that it offers Indian inspired clothing, something that one has hard times finding elsewhere, but yet again, the company should ensure a great customer satisfaction and free returns to maintain a competitive advantage to other e-businesses who might want to do the same.
9Rasa was founded by Ishita Swarup who is also the CEO and co-founder of 99Labels and is based in New Delhi, India.
