Marc Jacobs just announced the upcoming launch of Riley Hybrid, a new smartwatch collection. The wearable will debut this fall.
Shoppers can choose from four different styles of the watches that feature multicolor flash crystals, rubber straps and aluminum nylon cases, Forbes reports. They will retail at $175 and be available for purchase on marcjacobs.com and range of high-end boutiques and department stores.
The smartwatch comes with a variety of technical features including the ability to sync to a smartphone via Bluetooth, control user’s music, track movements, activity and sleep, give notifications, provide a second time zone and take pictures with a remote camera button.
Jacobs brought in a variety of influencers for the smartwatch’s campaign that was shot by David Hughes, including YouTube beauty blogger Amanda Steele, musician Alexis Jae, dancer Charisma Glasper, actress Ke’andra Samone and fashion influencer Amy Sall. The campaign was
“I find technology hugely important to fashion,” Jacobs told WWD. “But I don’t know how to engage with it as much as I wish I did.”
