What is FashInvest?

FashInvest is the first community for emerging growth companies within the Fashion, Fashion Tech, Retail, and Branded Goods consumer sectors that brings together thought leadership, financing strategies, and business experts in the industry. Since its foundng in 2009, Fashinvest is now regarded as one of the most respected business platforms committed to company growth and formation within these markets.

The FashInvest community has thrived and grown by offering some of the most innovative and compelling live events and daily news, insight tips and analysis through its FashNew posts. FashInvest has created and hosted several events since its inception, including:

• Annual Capital Conference  -  Over 30 global emerging growth companies are featured and pitch their business opportunities to an audience of investors, industry executive and leading service providers.  The Annual Capital Conference draws over 300 guests from six continents.  The Capital Conference is held each December in New York City, the fashion capital of the world.
• Annual Spring Speed Dating Pitch Event – Over 50 entrepreneurs pitch their company, concepts, lines and technologies to a room full of investors and industry executives in a speed dating style format. Each “date” lasts 3 minutes with participants rotating after each session.
• Quarterly Networking and Education Events – Each quarter FashInvest hosts creative and innovative programs presenting cutting edge topics to emerging fashion and fashion-tech entrepreneurs in a highly interactive setting.  Programs have ranged from featuring emerging companies like Bonobos to exploring strategies on raising capital in turbulent times.

The FashNews Posts offer daily reports on current activities in the emerging fashion and fashion technology arenas.  Here readers can find the latest news on who has received funding, who is providing the funding and what strategies are attracting financing.  In addition, the News Room offers exclusive interviews with leaders in the industry and topics of interest designed to offer necessary tools for emerging fashion entrepreneurs to achieve growth success!
